What to include with your artwork

Send the best available logo or artwork file, your colour references and the bag dimensions. Identify the panels to be printed, the intended print position and any areas that should remain unprinted. If your design includes a QR code, provide the final code and destination link for the artwork review.

A reference image helps explain the desired appearance, but it may not contain enough detail for production. Ask which artwork format and layout dimensions are required before preparing the final file. Check spelling, contact details and QR code scanning on the approved proof or sample.

Build a complete printing quotation

Include width, gusset or depth, height, paper colour, preferred GSM, handle type and quantity per design. Also send the delivery city or overseas destination and the date you need the bags. For several designs, show the quantity for each one so the enquiry can be assessed accurately.

The quotation confirms the printing approach, sample arrangements, production timing and delivery terms for your specification. Changing paper, dimensions, artwork or order quantity may change these details, so agree the final version before production approval.

Review a sample before bulk production

Use the sample review to check the bag fit, artwork size and position, colour appearance and finish together. View it alongside your existing branded packaging where consistency matters. A screen preview is useful for layout approval, but does not show the physical paper and finished print.

Can you print my brand colours?

We accept Pantone colour references and artwork for review. Confirm the intended result through the sample process because paper and finishing affect the final appearance.

Can I order the same design in different sizes?

Send each size and its quantity. The artwork layout and production feasibility are confirmed for the proposed sizes in the quotation. The allocation across sizes and designs is reviewed with your enquiry.

Can you quote before the artwork is final?

Send the information you have, including an initial design, number of colours and bag specification. Ask which details must be settled before pricing and production approval can be finalised.
