For a boutique or retail range, include the dimensions of the packed product as well as your proposed bag size. State width × gusset × height and the measurement unit. For boxed gifts or takeaway containers, the base must fit the contents without forcing the bag out of shape.

Include the receiving postcode and specify whether the destination is England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. If you have a nominated port or freight forwarder, include those details too. They allow the shipment requirements and quoted delivery scope to be discussed accurately.

Keep packaging claims tied to the actual construction

If your purchasing brief specifies recycled content, a certification, food contact or particular environmental wording, send the exact requirement. Request confirmation for the proposed paper, handles, inks and finish before approving printed claims. A laminated gift bag and an uncoated kraft bag should not be treated as the same material specification.

Prepare for seasonal and repeat orders

Give us the date the bags must be available for use, not only a preferred dispatch date. Keep the approved artwork, bag dimensions and sample reference together for future reorders. If a new design or paper is proposed, review its sample before approving the change.

Sampling and production schedules are confirmed with your quotation. Send quantities for each bag size and design, plus any carton marking or warehouse receiving instructions.

Can a quote include my logo?

Yes. Send the artwork, desired colours and print placement with your enquiry. The paper colour and finish affect the result, so include these in your sample review.
