For a US enquiry, include the bag dimensions and label the unit clearly: inches, millimetres or centimetres. Use width × gusset × height and include the filled product weight. A photograph or sample of your current bag helps us understand its shape, handle placement and print layout.

If you are sourcing multiple sizes for a retail range, list the quantity and artwork for each so the quotation can be reviewed line by line.

Plan the receiving location before comparing freight

Tell us the destination port you want quoted, or provide the delivery city, state and ZIP code if you need to discuss routing. Include whether your team has a freight forwarder and who will arrange import clearance and onward delivery.

For warehouse or distribution-centre orders, send your carton labelling, pack-count and pallet requirements with the enquiry. The final packing specification and freight arrangement should be confirmed before production.

Put the end-use requirements in writing

Share the state and city where the bags will be used, along with any retailer specification for material, recycled content, labelling or testing. These requirements need to be checked for the proposed bag; choosing paper alone does not establish compliance. Tell us if unpackaged food will contact the bag directly.

Samples and order timing

Ask for a sample arrangement that lets you check the paper, dimensions, handles and printed result. Test the sample with your actual products. Give us the required arrival date and allow for artwork approval, production, freight and receiving; sample and production timing are confirmed with your quotation.

What should I send for a US export quote?

Send the bag style, dimensions and units, paper preference, quantity, artwork, receiving location and required date. Add your forwarding and packing requirements if already known.
