Custom paper bags for UAE buyers

Match the bag to retail, hospitality or gifting use

Tell us what the bag will carry and whether it is for everyday store use, a branded event or a gift presentation. Dimensions, handle choice and finish should follow the product and the customer experience you want.

• Kraft carry bags with flat or twisted paper handles.
• Gift bags with rope handles, duplex or art-card options and selected decorative finishes.
• Printed paper bags using your brand's logo and artwork.
• SOS square-bottom bags for packed grocery, bakery and takeaway items.

Plan your artwork and presentation

For Arabic, English or bilingual artwork, provide the final approved text and design files. Review text direction, spelling, logo placement and the printed proof carefully before production. Include any brand colour references and specify whether artwork appears on one side, both sides or the gusset.

If the bag is for an event or gifting programme, send the product dimensions, quantity for each design and the date it must be ready for use. Ask about sample availability and review the finish with the intended contents.

Name the receiving emirate and shipping destination

For an order intended for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or another emirate, provide the final delivery location and receiver details. If you want a port-based quotation, name the requested port, such as Jebel Ali, and your preferred freight arrangement. Routes, freight availability and costs are confirmed for the enquiry.

State whether the receiver is a mainland business, a free-zone business or a distributor arranging onward shipment. Your importer or broker should confirm the required receiving details and documentation. Include any carton marks, pack quantities or pallet instructions they need.

Read our FOB vs CIF guide before comparing a port quotation with warehouse delivery. Confirm local handling and onward transport separately where they are outside the agreed scope.

Check the material against the intended use

Tell us about food contact, storage conditions and any required material evidence at enquiry stage. Paper, coatings, inks and handles all form part of the finished bag specification. Have your sample checked with the actual contents, particularly when packaging food, bottles or other heavier products.

What details are needed for a UAE quote?

Send your bag style, width × gusset × height with units, quantity, paper preference, artwork, receiving location and required arrival date. The sample and production schedules are confirmed with the quotation.
